A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Roland’s passion for justice was solidified during his clerkship with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, where he worked on cases ranging from drug offenses to murder. Roland is also the co-author of the Maryland Use of Force Handbook, a comprehensive resource for lawful self-defense, with contributions from leading firearms law advocates.
